Benefits of introducing a small-scale methane fermentation system for cost reduction.

Regional decentralized resource circulation and renewable energy production! Simple and efficient design.

We would like to introduce the benefits of implementing our "Small-Scale Methane Fermentation System." Even if it is small and without subsidies, it is possible to ensure business viability and establish a plant construction system such as a supply chain. By using generated ammonia water for desulfurization, running costs can be reduced. Additionally, thanks to technology that allows for constant monitoring of water quality in the fermentation tank, stable operation is achievable. 【Benefits】 ■ Business viability can be ensured even if it is small and without subsidies ■ Establishment of a plant construction system such as a supply chain ■ Feedback from insights gained from actual operations ■ Design tailored to user characteristics *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Small-scale methane fermentation system

Transforming small and medium-sized wastewater treatment plants into local resource recycling hubs! Making biomass utilization more accessible and reliable.

We introduce a "small-scale methane fermentation system" that can be implemented in small and medium-sized wastewater treatment plants and agricultural community drainage systems. Methane fermentation is the process of generating biogas, a renewable energy source, from waste materials using the activity of microbial communities. Our system employs ammonia removal technology that does not adversely affect fermentation, allowing for the handling of high-concentration raw materials. The introduction of two-stage digestion and high-temperature fermentation improves decomposition rates and speeds. 【Features】 ■ Capable of handling high-concentration raw materials ■ Improved decomposition rates and speeds ■ Reduced running costs ■ Stable operation *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Case study of next-generation small-scale methane fermentation system.

Introduction of a case study for a small-scale sewage treatment plant processing 2 tons of sewage sludge (dewatered cake) per day.

We would like to introduce a case study of our "next-generation small-scale methane fermentation system." In a small sewage treatment plant with a processing capacity of less than 5,000 m³/day and 2 tons/day of sewage sludge, we installed an FRP tank-type fire extinguishing tank, an MF membrane separation tank, and fermentation tanks for the methane fermentation system. The digestate is converted into recycled water and concentrated bio-liquid fertilizer, which is then applied to onion fields as effective liquid fertilizer. Additionally, the biogas (digestate gas) is utilized in the adjacent plant factory through a generator, making it a regional resource recycling hub. 【Case Overview】 ■ Installation Location: Small Sewage Treatment Plant ■ Installed Equipment - FRP Tank-Type Fire Extinguishing Tank - MF Separation Tank - Next-Generation Methane Fermentation System Fermentation Tank (Fire Extinguishing Tank) 30m³ × 2 layers *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Small-scale popular (affordable) methane fermentation system

Design tailored to user characteristics! Feedback from insights gained from actual operation.

We would like to introduce our "Small-Scale Dissemination Type (Low-Cost) Methane Fermentation System." Even if it is small and without subsidies, it is possible to ensure business viability. We will establish a plant construction system including the supply chain. We also have a track record of introducing methane fermentation systems of approximately 3 to over 20 tons to livestock farmers and small-scale intermediate processing facilities. 【Features】 ■ Achieves cost reduction of equipment with a simple and efficient design ■ A technology that can be adopted by anyone through new technology development ■ A highly sustainable biogas business through engineering consulting *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
